Abstract
This video offers a first look at data from the National Clearinghouse for English Language Acquisition (NCELA) 2020–22 Biennial Report. State educational agencies (SEAs) report on identified English learners (ELs) who participated in language instruction educational programs (LIEPs) provided by local educational agencies (LEAs) receiving Title III subgrants during school years (SYs) 2020–22. This video also addresses educators who work in Title III-supported LIEPs.
