Abstract
This fact sheet provides information about high school graduation rates for English learners (ELs) and all students in all state educational agencies (SEAs) except Puerto Rico. When interpreting these data, it is important to note that ELs are included in the “all students” category. The percentages presented here are based on states reporting their adjusted cohort graduation rate (ACGR). The ACGR is determined by the number of students who graduate in 4 years with a regular high school diploma divided by the number of students who form the adjusted cohort for the graduating class.
